In short: WefieHome is a short-term rental (Airbnb) management company in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley, operating since March 2018. How much does WefieHome charge to manage my unit?WefieHome 的托管怎么收费？
A 20% management fee with revenue sharing, and no upfront management fee. Full terms are explained during your property assessment and set out in the management agreement.20% 管理费，收益分成，无前期管理费。完整条款会在物业评估时说明，并列明在管理协议中。
Is there an upfront fee?需要支付前期费用吗？
